Are you on a top floor, or bottom? Is your venetian blinds plastic or metal? Are you restricted to antennas in the complex? Is your apartment in the back of the complex next to a tree row? Without knowing a lot of the variables, if your venetian blinds are metal, two windows side by side, load them up from 1 - 40 Meters. If you have a tree row outside your apartment, string your dipole there. If none of the above is possible, then check out www.bluestarantenna.com and take a close look at the P1 portable antenna. Read the reports on it, and see what you think. You can make a bracket to go over the window seal and extend a foot or so out from the building, and bring it in when done with transmissions. I have one, but have not used it to give you a report on it. Good luck.
